How to gain Exposure with what will be Trending in August

August in Phoenix is not just hot, it’s back-to-school time – or is it? With COVID-19 still haunting us, when kids go back-to-school is still up in the air. However, that doesn’t mean that it’s not trending on social media. Again, be careful when dealing with anything coronavirus-related.

So, besides, back-to-school, what’s going to be trending on Twitter in August?

How to Use this List to Take Advantage of What’s Trending

calendar-planner

“Month” observances usually trend the first week, however you can obviously use it during the whole month. The “week” observances usually trend the first day of the week. Days usually start trending early in the morning. So when scheduling posts, have them go out first thing on the day.

I post these at the end of each month so you can know what’s going to be trending in the upcoming month . This will make it easy for you to plan on how you can spin your marketing message to take advantage and gain exposure. You can create a fun or promo message, write a blog post — especially if it relates to your business — or just show your support.

I love Twitter!

This will also help you create a content or editorial calendar for your blog and/or social media posts. You can use them on other networks, but just know that these really don’t “trend” on other networks like they do on Twitter — maybe on Instagram.

Below are August days. Here are the 3 Calendars that I go to for this info. They have most of the observances linked to the organizations or history of the observance or awareness days. This is just a few of them. Visit the calendars for the full lists.
